Accessing and using the website www.getyourtransfer.ch implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.
1. Services offered
GetYourTransfer.ch offers:
- Private chauffeur-driven transfers (VTC) to/from airports, hotels, events, tourist locations
- Hourly and fixed-rate services with premium vehicles (Mercedes VAN V, Tesla, BMW)
- Personalized experiences and tours with transport included
2. Bookings and Contract
Bookings are made exclusively online and are considered confirmed upon payment. You will receive an email confirmation with a summary, cancellation terms, and a link to this documentation. The contract is considered binding from the moment payment is received.
3. Cancellations, modifications, and refunds
- Free cancellation within 24h of departure.
- From 24h to 12h: 50% refund.
- Less than 12h: no refund (except in cases of force majeure).
- Changes to date/time/address must be communicated within 6h of the scheduled departure.
4. User obligations
- Provide truthful and complete data
- Be punctual and present at the indicated address
- Do not damage the vehicle or disturb the driver
- Communicate any delays or changes
5. Drivers and vehicles
- Drivers are selected and hold a valid VTC license in Switzerland or the destination country.
- All vehicles are covered by passenger insurance, professional liability, and luggage transport insurance.
- The driver may refuse transport in case of dangerous or aggressive passenger behavior.
6. Liability and insurance coverage
- In case of vehicle breakdown or unavailability, a compatible alternative vehicle will be provided.
- GetYourTransfer’s liability is limited to the value of the service purchased.
- The passenger is covered by insurance throughout the journey.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the site, including texts, images, logos, design, and software, is the exclusive property of GastrHotel services. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
8. Changes to the Terms
GetYourTransfer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect from the date of publication on the website.
9. Applicable law and competent court
These Terms are governed by Swiss Law. For any dispute, the exclusive competent court is the Court of Geneva, Switzerland.
